In a straight line, Bridgeport Station sits about 150 m away, handy if you ride the Canada Line.
Hours, floor, food and the hotel
River Rock publishes table and poker hours, not opening hours for the casino as a whole. Monday through Thursday, the tables deal from 10AM until 4AM. From Friday at 10AM they go non-stop until Monday at 4AM. The guide does not list general opening hours. The racebook opens daily at 9AM for off-track betting on horse races and closes after the last race, with no live racing.
On the floor there are more than 1,100 slots and 108 electronic table game terminals. Live play runs to more than 80 tables, plus a 10-table poker room. Among the places to eat are Gordon Ramsay Steak, KOI, Zio's, Sea Harbour and The Chairman's Room Buffet. The hotel has nearly 400 rooms, a sky bridge to the casino tower and a pool with a water slide. Check-in is 19+, and the Show Theatre holds 1,000 people.
Since June 16, 2026, the resort has had new owners. The buyers were Musqueam Capital Corp, of the Musqueam Indian Band, together with Snuneymuxw First Nation's Petroglyph Development Group. The seller was Great Canadian Entertainment. Encore Rewards carries on, and the place keeps the River Rock name.

- Bring government-issued photo ID. Every ID gets scanned by security at the door, and nobody under 19 gets in.
- Measured in a straight line, River Rock is about 150 m from Bridgeport Station on the Canada Line. Drivers get self-parking off River Road or valet, and the guide does not list a self-parking price for casino visitors.
- Decide who drives home before the first drink. If nobody should, the Canada Line runs from Bridgeport.
